Who we are. Plainwell ("we," "us") operates this store. By purchasing you agree to these terms.

 

Products and accuracy. We describe products factually — materials, measurements, quantities, delivery times. We correct errors when found; if a listing error materially affects your order, we'll contact you before fulfilling it and offer a correction or cancellation.

 

Pricing and payment. Prices are in USD and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed at order time by our payment provider. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill.

 

Shipping and risk. Delivery estimates are stated per product and in our shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Providing an incorrect address is the customer's responsibility, though we'll help where we can.

 

Returns. Governed by our refund policy, which is part of these terms.

 

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site, attempt fraud, or resell our content. We may refuse service or cancel orders for abuse or suspected fraud.

 

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.

 

Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
