How long does shipping take?
Most items ship from US warehouses and arrive within 2–7 business days, with tracking. A few items ship from overseas partner warehouses and take 8–15 business days — where that applies, it's stated on the product page before checkout. Orders process in 1–3 business days before shipping.
Where do products ship from?
Mostly from US warehouses, directly from our suppliers. That's how we keep prices down while staying fast; the exact delivery window is stated up front on every product page rather than hidden.
Can I return something?
Gym wear: 30 days, unworn with tags. Socks and tees: returnable unworn. Underwear: not returnable, for hygiene reasons. Personal care items: not returnable once opened, but if anything arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll refund or replace it — no return shipping required.
What if my order never arrives?
If tracking shows no delivery within 25 business days, contact us and choose a refund or a reshipment.
How do gym wear sizes run?
Every gym wear listing has a full measurement chart in cm and inches, plus the model's height and the size they're wearing. Measure a piece you own and compare — it beats guessing.
