Refund policy

We want you to keep only things that are right.

 

Gym wear — 30-day returns. Unworn, tags on. Contact us via the contact page for a return authorization and the return address before sending anything back. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

 

Socks and tees — returnable unworn, same 30-day window and process.

 

Underwear — not returnable, for hygiene reasons. This is stated on every underwear product page before you buy.

 

Personal care items — not returnable once opened. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace it without asking you to ship anything back.

 

Orders that never arrive — if tracking shows no delivery within 25 business days of your order, contact us and choose a full refund or a free reshipment.

 

We don't charge restocking fees. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; return shipping for our mistakes is paid by us.
