Shipping policy

Rates: US shipping is a flat $8 per order, and it's free on orders over $70 — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Expedited shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for $15.

 

We ship every order with tracking. Most of our catalog ships from US warehouses and typically arrives within 2-7 business days of order confirmation. A few items ship from overseas partner warehouses and take 8-15 business days - where that applies, it's stated on the product page before checkout. We'd rather state the real number up front than surprise you after payment.

 

Processing: 1-3 business days. You'll get an order confirmation email immediately and a tracking number by email at shipment.

 

Tracking: every order includes a tracking link. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us and we'll chase it.

 

Delays: carrier delays occasionally happen. Past 25 business days without delivery: refund or reshipment, your choice.

 

Address changes: contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After shipment we can't redirect a package.
